I have lost nearly 45 pounds going

I'm on a low carb diet because sugar, wheat and corn all give me migraine headaches. Since going on the diet I have only had 1 headache. I have also lost about 10 pounds. I would love some new recipes.

I fractured my tibia last May and gained a lot of weight as a result of being inactive for so long. I've started working out again and low carb dieting always works well for me, so I'd love to have some new recipes to help me get back in shape.

I've been doing the low carb way of eating for two years now and a cookbook is great for jostling your memory for menu ideas.

I see online articles, magazine articles and news stories commenting on the effectiveness of low carb weight loss plans.

We are always in a food rut when it comes to making dinner and could use a new cookbook for some ideas! My grandfather who I care for that lives with us has to watch his carbs because he's diabetic.
This might be just what I need to jump start my dieting regime!
And I love that the recipes are fast to prepare!
I love the idea you can make something to eat in under 15 minutes. There are far too many moments when I want to grab something lite for dinner but I just skip dinner because I don't have time because I have to go somewhere.
